C.W. Walker Construction LLC has served Virginia since 2007 as a Virginia Class A licensed contractor, focusing on residential and commercial projects across the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula (and nearby areas).  We handle remodeling, additions, and new construction with a straightforward approach: plan it well, build it right, and communicate clearly from start to finish.

We know the difference between “looks good in a photo” and “holds up for years.”  Our work is meant to live in, work in, and last.

Who We Are

Led by Curtis Walker, C.W. Walker Construction LLC is a Lancaster, Virginia-based construction company serving homeowners and businesses across Virginia’s Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.  We’re hands-on and take responsibility for the details that actually matter: fit, finish, moisture protection, structural integrity, code compliance, and jobsite safety.  Whether it’s a remodel, an addition that looks like it has always belonged, new construction, or a commercial improvement, we keep the experience clear, organized, and professional.

Respect for your property.  We protect work areas, keep a clean jobsite, and treat occupied homes like occupied homes.

Craftsmanship.  Straight lines, tight joints, correct flashing, and details that don’t get ignored just because they’re hard to see.

Our Approach

Every project is different, but the workflow stays consistent:

1. Initial conversation to understand goals, constraints, and the reality of the space.
2. Site visit to confirm conditions, access, and project complexity.
3. Scope + estimate based on what we can see and what you want to accomplish.
4. Planning and selections so the job doesn’t stall midstream.
5. Build phase with jobsite coordination and ongoing communication.
6. Final walkthrough to confirm completion and address punch list items.
