The Work We Do:
- General contractor services (planning, permits, scheduling, inspections, punch lists)
- New construction
- Additions and expansions
- Residential renovations and remodeling
- Commercial renovations and improvements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Demo and prep done clean
- Layout, measuring, cutting, installing
- Rough carpentry support (framing, tie-ins, repairs)
- Finish carpentry support (trim, doors, punch work)
- Helping with drywall/paint/tile/cabinets as needed
- Daily cleanup and jobsite organization
- Protecting finished spaces and keeping work zones controlled
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must have general construction knowledge and basic tool use OR strong willingness to learn
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and consistently
- Must have reliable transportation and show up on time
- Must be able to work safely and follow directions
Preferred Experience:
- Framing experience (walls, floors, basic layout)
- Trim/finish experience (doors, base, casing, crown)
- Drywall experience (hang/patch/finish basics)
- Tile experience (prep, layout, install, grout)
- Painting experience (prep and finish)
- Cabinet install experience

Schedule & Work Area:
- Mostly weekdays. Some work may be off-hours or weekends when needed. Work is in the Northern Neck / Middle Peninsula area.
Pay:
- Pay depends on experience and reliability
